Closed Finger Hole - We had many comments about how bees, snakes, mud and other pests were accessing the valve boxes through the finger hole on the lids. We decided to make our lid with a deep enough well for the finger hole to be functional, but no access for things that you didn't want hanging out inside your valve boxes.
Finger Hole and Shovel Tab
Shovel Lip - Several of you said that you would love to be able to use your shovel to pop the lid off of the box. We provided you a perfect spot for this around the top of the lid. In addition, when you are using your hands to take the lid off, this is a great place to grab the lid from.
Optional Bolt Hole Knockout - face it sometimes you use a bolt, other times you don't. Some boxes have a place for a bolt, some boxes don't. This way you have the option, and options are always good!
